Return Policy

Deyi Smart offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

1.Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, you must request the return within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

A receipt or proof of purchase will need to be provided. When returning an item, the customer must use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Use original, unmarked packaging, including any included accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration.

We do not process exchanges after shipment. If a different item is required, the buyer must return the eligible unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).

2.Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or specially ordered tubular motors, remotes... may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3.Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please return the product to the our warehouse within 15 days of our approval of your return. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note Deyi may charge a 15% restocking fee on the product not in its original condition or with missing parts. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

4.Return Shipping Cost:

If the return is due to a incorrect, defective or damaged product, we will provide you with a full refund without additional costs, while graphic or audio proof will need to be provided;

If the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g., did not like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product), the buyer shall pay the shipping costs associated with the return, this includes any duties, taxes, and fees for international orders. Refund amounts will be for the cost of the products returned.

5.Refund:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

Note: If you do not receive a refund within 15 business days, please check your bank account again or contact us at support@deyismarthome.com. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a while for refunds to be officially posted. If you have done so and still have not received a refund, please contact us at the service email address written on the website.

Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
